FACT: Buyers have discovered that these rates allow them to qualify and buy higher. An opportunity that won’t last forever. Consequently there are more buyers then homes.

FRENZY: The biggest frenzy during this market is the bidding wars. Its easy to get caught up in this. This is where the experience , advice and trust of your Realtor is essential.

FACT: Yes, there will be disappointments when you are not the successful bidder, but hang in there..Your Realtor will stay on top of it and eventually you will be. And it will be just what you have been waiting for.

A home, like anything special, is worth waiting for, so don’t give up!!
